Returns & Refunds

At Velvet Box, every gift is made and packed with great care, intention, and emotional thoughtfulness. Since many of our products are handmade, customized, or personal in nature, we are currently unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless you receive a broken/damaged piece.

 

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or gifting misjudgements

  • Custom orders, personalized items, and build-your-own boxes are made just for you — and are therefore non-returnable

  • Crochet flowers and wellness products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition

  • It is recommended to make an unboxing video of the package incase you need to apply for a return/refund

 

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact page]. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.
